Job Description

We are seeking a customer service professional to join our Sydney team. This role may suit someone with experience as a receptionist, office assistant, and/or call centre agent with a hospitality or retail background.

Clarence offers contemporary, flexible serviced workplaces in Sydney CBD, Melbourne and Brisbane. We help our members establish and grow their independent firms. We are boutique, changing the way professionals work and collaborate.

About the Role

  • As a Clarence ambassador, you would be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with all members and providing them with exceptional customer service and support at all times.
  • This is a dynamic role for someone who is highly personable, can prioritise, multitask, and thrives on connecting with people
  • You will join a passionate and fast-moving team. We are all about team support, and no job is too big or too small for our team!

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting members and their guests
  • Answering phones, directing calls and taking accurate messages
  • Managing meeting room bookings, arranging catering and other services when required, including setting up for events.
  • Providing general administration and office support for members
  • Continuously strengthening the relationship between Clarence and its members
  • Assisting with set-up of offices for new and existing members
  • Assisting the technology team with basic onsite IT requests/setups when required
  • Other general tasks as needed, e.g. essential cleaning duties, keeping communal areas neat and tidy

About you

  • Prior experience in a client-facing role is highly desirable
  • Exceptional interpersonal/communication skills
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to create and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, clients and external suppliers
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Be well presented
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite and being tech literate is desirable
