Corporate Receptionist

Eagers Automotive, Australasia's largest automotive retail group, is seeking a warm, polished and highly organised Corporate Receptionist for our Corporate Office in Newstead, Brisbane.

About the Role

As our Corporate Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors, business partners, stakeholders and team members. You'll play a key role in ensuring our office operates efficiently while creating a positive and professional experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Location: Newstead, Brisbane

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm (30-minute lunch break)

Salary: From $70,000 + Superannuation (negotiable for the right candidate)

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming visitors, business partners, key stakeholders and team members with professionalism and warmth
• Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
• Managing enquiries received through the Corporate email inbox, including directing enquiries to the appropriate business area and tracking items requiring follow-up
• Coordinating mail, couriers, deliveries, printing, scanning and office administration tasks
• Maintaining reception, meeting rooms and guest areas to a high standard
• Assisting with day-to-day office operations, facilities, building maintenance requests and visitor parking
• Supporting diary management, document preparation, meeting coordination and other ad hoc support
• Providing basic first-level assistance with meeting room technology and virtual meetings
• Providing support with travel bookings, corporate events and business functions where required
• Providing general administrative support across the Corporate Office

About You

• Previous experience in a reception, front-of-house or administrative support role
• A professional, well-presented and approachable manner
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• The ability to prioritise and manage varied tasks effectively
• A proactive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed
• Reliability, accountability and a strong sense of ownership
• Confidence working in a fast-paced corporate environment
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
