Job Description

Due to an internal move, we are looking for our next Corporate Receptionist to join our Client and Office Services team. As the first port of call for our valued clients, visitors and team in our Perth office you will also contribute to the delivery of high-quality office support services.

As a valued member of our Perth office, this role is responsible for providing exceptional service to both internal and external clients, including:

• Greeting clients in a warm and professional manner on arrival
• Answering calls promptly and managing the switchboard operation
• Managing conference room bookings and servicing rooms
• Preparing coffees and other beverages
• Daily mail and courier coordination
• Document production (printing, binding, scanning, copying)
• Ordering catering and assisting with event setups when required
• Ensuring the reception area is tidy at all times
• Maintenance of the client kitchen
• Stocktaking consumables

Working closely with our Office & Client Services Coordinator our Corporate Receptionist will also provide overflow support from time to time with various office services, records management, administrative and events requirements.

About you

As someone who is passionate about providing ‘next level’ customer service, you will have held a similar position in a professional services or highly customer-centric environment previously. Having experience working 'front of house' would be advantageous. You will be a team player, well-presented and have strong interpersonal skills with an ability to multi-task and manage the demands of a varied role while remaining composed under pressure. Experience using Microsoft Office is also highly desirable along with experience using digital phone consoles.
