We have an excellent opportunity for an accomplished, MRICS‑qualified Real Estate professional to join our Corporate Real Estate team within the Occupier Services division. Based in either our Peterborough or Birmingham office, this role sits within a high‑performing, client‑facing team and offers genuine scope to influence strategy, lead delivery, and help shape client relationships.
This is a key advisory role with responsibility for the proactive management and strategic oversight of a diverse UK commercial property portfolio on behalf of a key national infrastructure client. You will play a central role in setting estate management strategy, acting as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, and ensuring real estate solutions are closely aligned with wider operational and commercial objectives.
The role will involve leading complex property matters across the portfolio, including the negotiation and management of consents for disposals and lettings, easements and wayleaves, alterations, under-lettings, and finance‑related issues. In addition to driving high‑quality technical delivery, you will provide informed, commercially focused advice, support junior team members, and contribute to the ongoing development of client service and best practice across the business.
