At Homewood, we partner with employers, insurers and other third-party referrers across Canada to support employees and claimants navigating complex mental health, trauma and substance use challenges. Through Homewood Health Centre and The Residence in Guelph, and Homewood Ravensview in North Saanich, we deliver evidence-based, medically informed treatment in highly specialized inpatient settings.
We are looking for a Corporate & Professional Partnerships Director to strengthen and grow the referral relationships that connect employers, insurers, case management partners, professional associations, and decision-makers to Homewood's inpatient programs.
This is a highly relational, strategic and consultative business development and account management role focused on building credibility with employers, insurers, disability management teams, occupational health stakeholders, unions, professional associations, and other third-party referrers across Canada. Success in this role comes from becoming a trusted and knowledgeable partner — someone organizations can turn to when employees or clients need specialized inpatient treatment.
If you are energized by strategic relationship-building, corporate and professional engagement, meaningful conversations and the opportunity to help improve access to inpatient treatment, we'd love to hear from you.
