The role:

As a Corporate Platforms ProgrammeManager, you will help drive our goals by:

• Leading complex, multi-year technologyprogrammesacross corporate platforms including Finance, HR, Legal, EHS and Risk

• Definingprogrammescope, outcomes, roadmaps,governanceand success measures aligned to JM strategy

• Managing delivery across multiple workstreams using a mix of agile and waterfall approaches

• Owningprogrammegovernance, risk management,dependenciesand reporting to senior forums

• Overseeing budgets,forecastsand external partners to ensure value-driven delivery

• Leading and developing multidisciplinary delivery teams and driving change adoption

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

• Proven experience delivering large-scale, multi-workstream ITprogrammesin globalorganisations

• Strongprogrammegovernance, planning,RAIDand benefits management capability

• Experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across multiple corporate functions

• Commercial acumen with experience managing vendors and delivery partners

• Knowledge of risk, compliance, cybersecurityand service readiness frameworks

• Clear, confident communication and people leadership skills
