  • Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance payroll operations and productivity.
  • Participate in meetings, training programs, special projects, and other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree in Accounting and/or hotel experience preferred.
  • Three to five years of payroll and/or administrative experience preferred.
  • Experience managing payroll for multiple properties or locations is required.
  • Hospitality, resort, hotel, or restaurant experience is strongly preferred; Human Resources experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, payroll taxes, and related regulations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and work effectively with associates at all levels of the organization.
  • Team-oriented with a hands-on approach to work.

A Sampling of Our Benefits

Our team enjoys a comprehensive benefits package, including:

  • Career growth opportunities with promotion from within
  • 401(k) matching, paid time off, and holiday compensation
  • Health, dental, and vision coverage for full-time associates
