Corporate Partnership Manager

• Maximum-term, full time contract (12-month parental leave cover with the possibility of extension)
• $125,000 - $130,000 + super + benefits

We are now seeking a Corporate Partnerships Manager who will play a pivotal role in the acquisition, growth and retention of corporate partners. • Base Salary + Superannuation + Not-For-Profit Salary Packaging (up to $18,550 of your salary tax-free).

About our role

We’re entering an exciting phase of growth, expanding our reach, deepening impact and securing sustainable national support for young people impacted by cancer. This is an opportunity to help shape and grow the next phase of Canteen’s corporate partnerships portfolio, driving new business, opening strategic opportunities, and securing high value collaborations that create meaningful impact.

In this role you will:

• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of prospective corporate partners through proactive outreach, networking, referrals and strategic relationship building
• Identify and research organisations with capacity for financial and or in kind investment, strengthening targeting through insight and data
• Design tailored partnership proposals that articulate partnership value, impact, and alignment with corporate priorities
• Lead prospect engagement including meetings, presentations and senior stakeholder relationship building, and lead negotiations to secure mutually beneficial partnership agreements
• Use CRM to maintain accurate records, track pipeline progression, and provide regular pipeline reporting including activity, conversion and revenue projections
• Work cross functionally with colleagues across Marketing and Fundraising, Services and Impact to shape partnership initiatives that are deliverable, on brand and impact led, and support activation readiness and handover

About You

• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in corporate partnerships, business development, sponsorship or sales, ideally within the not for profit sector
• Proven track record securing new business or partnerships and achieving revenue targets
• Strong networking and prospecting capability, including proactive outreach and pipeline development
• Commercial acumen with the ability to identify and develop mutually beneficial partnership opportunities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including proposal writing, presentations and negotiation
• Strong project management skills, including managing multiple opportunities with shifting deadlines and coordinating internal inputs
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, take ownership of outcomes, and maintain momentum across a pipeline
• Strong capability in pipeline management including forecasting, reporting, conversion tracking and CRM discipline

Employment Expectations
