About the Role

As our Corporate Partnerships Lead, you’ll grow and steward Ruah’s corporate partnership portfolio to diversify revenue and increase impact. Reporting to the Manager – Philanthropy, Partnerships and Advocacy, you’ll build a strong pipeline, coordinate workplace giving and volunteering initiatives, and deliver partnership activations and events to a high standard.

  • Prospect, qualify and convert corporate partners, sponsors and donors
  • Manage existing relationships and deliver engagement plans and reporting
  • Coordinate workplace giving, in-kind support, pro-bono and volunteering
  • Maintain partner materials (proposals, presentations) and CRM records

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in corporate partnerships, sponsorship or fundraising
  • Track record developing partnerships that generate funding and impact
  • Strong written and verbal communication; confident stakeholder engagement
  • Strong organisation skills; able to manage multiple priorities with autonomy
  • Experience using a CRM (HubSpot or similar) to manage pipelines and reporting
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Philanthropy, PR (or equivalent experience)

  • Salary aligned with Level 5 of the Ruah Enterprise Agreement (SCHADS Award), starting at over $101,000 + Super

The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) has been providing outstanding care for Victoria's children and their families for over 147 years.

We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.

With a passionate, highly skilled and committed staff campus wide of over 5,000, we provide a full range of clinical services, tertiary care and health promotion and prevention programs for children and young people.

We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.

When it comes to training and research we partner with the very best. Our campus partners, the Murdoch Childrens Research Institute (MCRI) and The University of Melbourne Department of Paediatrics, along with the RCH Foundation, are on site with the hospital in Parkville.
