Our client, an award-winning international law firm with a strong footprint across APAC has ambitions to expand its transactions practice regionally. They wish to hire Corporate Partners to develop and manage a sizeable outbound corporate practice from Hong Kong, focusing on cross-border deals and international transactions.

You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic legal counsel on their international expansion efforts, and develop strong client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record at a reputable international law firm, with significant experience in corporate law (capital markets and/or M&A) and cross-border transactions. A strong book of portable business and a loyal client following are essential.

In addition to being able to demonstrate your ability to manage and grow a successful corporate practice, you should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be a strategic thinker with a proactive approach to business development and client service, and have disciplined financial management skills. Admission to practice law in Hong Kong is preferred whilst additional qualification in another jurisdiction is advantageous.
