The location of this position is flexible within our primary office locations. You must be a member in good standing with the state bar where you reside.
Experienced in mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters, you will ensure companies, private equity funds and venture capital funds are provided strategic advice in a variety of aspects related to their growth and structures.
You have fifteen to twenty-five years of meaningful corporate/transactional experience and a portable book of clients serving the Defense Sector. Your practice is focused, and you are deeply knowledgeable in serving clients in a variety of corporate matters.
