The successful candidate will be assisting the partner and associates with, amongst other things:
Applicants must have an LL. B or LL.M degree and have at least 3 years' experience as project finance, corporate M&A or general banking and finance paralegal from a reputable law firm. A very strong command of written and spoken English is required for this role, and overseas education is a bonus. Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) is advantageous.
