The role: *Please Note: This role is fully onsite Monday to Friday at our St. Catharines Corporate Office*.

Responsible to provide reception and switchboard services to the Corporate Office including receiving and directing calls, greeting, and announcing visitors, vendors, service providers, signing for and directing deliveries. Responsible for various administrative tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high quality, professional and positive service experience as the Corporate Office Concierge. Answer and manage all incoming calls, providing exceptional assistance and guidance to all callers through extended switchboard hours (8:30am – 5:00pm).
    • Provide exceptional support for Member Concern calls, forwarding details to Management.
    • Provide a friendly and welcoming environment for all guests, including registration and issuance of security access passes.
    • Provide administrative support for Operations.
  • Ticketing - Provide prompt attention and response to select Branch and corporate office requests including security access passes (onboard, offboard and ad hoc requests), providing vendor portal access, SCO building maintenance.
  • Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring electronic logbook; issuing visitor badges, managing security access cards
    • Manage CO and Contract Centre ADT system
    • Audit requirements – Access Cards, Building keys, monthly KRI reports
    • Assist in the management of emergency procedures for CO and Branches
  • Invoice Processing – Review, account code and process Facility/Branch vendor invoices for Manager approval

Education, Work Experience, and Professional Designations/Certifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, switchboard, and administrative functions.
  • Extensive knowledge of Encore, Microsoft Word and Excel.

This role represents an existing vacancy. Internal candidates are being considered as part of our standard process.

Salary Range: CAD $ 39,000 to $48,800 annually.

Compensation for this role is based on a combination of skills, experience, and internal equity. Candidates with stronger alignment to the role’s requirements may be placed higher within the range. Your recruiter will share more information about our total rewards package during the hiring process.


Office Location:
This role is in office from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. at our St. Catharines Corporate office located at 75 Corporate Park Drive.
