Purpose

The Corporate Nurse and Admin is responsible for promoting employee health, wellness, and workplace safety while providing administrative support to ensure compliance with occupational health regulations and efficient office operations. The role supports the implementation of company health programs, maintenance of employee medical records, coordination of health-related activities, and delivery of administrative services that contribute to a safe, healthy, and productive work environment.

Key Missions

Corporate Nursing and Health Management

  • Partner with the HR team in developing and implementing employee health, wellness, and occupational safety programs.
  • Monitor and coordinate annual physical examinations, pre-employment medical examinations, vaccination programs, and other health-related initiatives.
  • Maintain confidential employee medical records and ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable data privacy requirements.
  • Provide first aid, basic medical assistance, and health counseling to employees as needed.
  • Monitor employee illnesses, medical leaves, and work-related incidents, and maintain relevant documentation.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and HMO partners regarding employee healthcare requirements.
  • Prepare, submit, and maintain health-related reports and documentation required by DOLE and other government regulatory agencies.
  • Support compliance with Occupational Safety and Health standards and company health and safety policies.
  • Assist in organizing health awareness campaigns, wellness activities, and employee engagement programs related to well-being.

Administrative Support

  • Provide general administrative support to HR and office operations.
  • Coordinate office supplies, vendor requirements, and administrative records as assigned.
  • Assist in organizing company events, employee activities, meetings, and training programs.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and company records.
  • Support administrative projects and other duties assigned by the HR Manager.

Profile & Other Information

Experience & background

  • Must be a Philippine Registered Nurse with a valid and active PRC license.
  • Fresh graduates with experience in corporate nursing, occupational health, clinic operations, or healthcare administration are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in workplace health programs, HMO coordination, and regulatory compliance is an advantage.

Technical skills

  • Knowledge of Philippine Occupational Safety and Health Standards and DOLE regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Strong administrative, documentation, and records management skills.
  • Ability to prepare reports and maintain confidential information.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Proactive, positive attitude and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
