PURPOSE
According to prescribed policies and procedures of the organization including all applicable state, federal and accreditation regulations and under the general supervision of the Senior Director of Marketing. The Corporate Marketing Strategist plays a central role in shaping, advancing, and safeguarding the organization’s corporate brand across digital, internal, and community‑facing platforms. This position leads the strategy and execution of corporate social media, driving audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility while supporting enterprise-wide communication initiatives and coordinating high‑impact events such as grand openings and renovation celebrations. As a strategic marketing partner to Foundations, Human Resources, Chaplaincy, Development & Acquisitions, and Corporate Leadership, this role ensures brand alignment, message clarity, and compelling storytelling across all channels.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
EXPECTATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of progressive experience in corporate marketing or brand management, ideally supporting organizations in real estate, multifamily, healthcare, senior living, or nonprofit industries.
Hands‑on experience with social media management platforms, creative design tools, and AI‑enabled marketing solutions, including Hootsuite, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Microsoft 365, and Copilot.
Travel: Rare, up to 25%.
Mental: Must have good communication, comprehension, computer and interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to speak, read, write and understand English.
Skills: Strategic and execution-focused marketing professional with exceptional organizational and project management abilities. Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. Effective written and visual storyteller who is collaborative, adaptable, solutions-driven, and comfortable engaging with senior leadership and external partners.

Working Conditions: Works in an office based setting (corporate/home office) which may vary in noise levels, equipment, and daily routines. Varied work settings may include office spaces, common areas, and outdoor areas, with exposure to some disagreeable conditions such as odors, illness, infection and physical contact with residents.
