
Overall governance
• Cascade and implement marketing department policy to subordinates and relevant stakeholders, in order to ensure that work practices are aligned with policies.
• Propose, periodically revise and gain approval on work processes, procedures, goals, strategy, initiatives, targets and plans to ensure efficient operation.
• Develop, propose, obtain approval, monitor and optimize utilization of department's resources and budget against company's budget, to ensure optimization and the right prioritization of resources and budget.
Function-related accountabilities
• Manage, review, and perform in-depth market research and analysis of gathered data to generate useful insights, in order to ensure data sufficiency and quality to be used as input for brand strategy improvement.
• Manage, control, and perform complex activities in developing brand identity and brand manual/handbook, which include brand message, graphical standards, and core branding attributes, in order to enhance and align understanding of the brand positioning to all stakeholders.
• Manage, control, and perform complex activities in designing, developing, and cascading brand communication strategies and brand communication plans, including features, standards, and how employees will interact with customers to convey the desired personality and perception, in order to align brand perception and image.
• Manage, control, and perform complex branding communication activities in accordance with plans to promote brand awareness and enhance brand image.
• Manage, control, and perform complex activities in monitoring value and utilization of tools for total brand experience, the performance of brand strategies and brand communication activities, and provide suggestions for corrective actions in order to enhance overall performances.
• Manage and solidify relationships with relevant external parties such as vendors, in order to ensure that consistent brand perception, messages and experiences, in which are in alignment with brand strategies.
