
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development:
Create and implement effective online marketing strategies for B2B engagements in both domestic and international markets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Online Advertisement and Lead Generation:
Manage online advertising campaigns on various platforms, optimizing efforts to maximize lead generation and conversion rates. Utilize practical experience in executing online advertising campaigns, analyzing their effectiveness, and making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Social Media Planning and Content Development:
Plan and execute social media strategies specifically tailored for Thailand and China, including content creation that resonates with local audiences.
- Brand Communication:
Develop and oversee brand communication strategies for an international audience, ensuring consistent messaging across various media channels.
- KOL Engagement:
Identify and partner with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to amplify brand presence, enhance credibility, and engage with target demographics.
- Internal Branding Communication:
Facilitate effective internal communication related to branding initiatives, fostering a strong organizational culture and brand understanding among employees.
Qualifications and Required Skills
- Creative and Design Skills:
Leverage creative talents and graphic design experience to enhance marketing materials and social media content.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in online marketing, particularly in B2B contexts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and interpret campaign performance metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English. Third language skill is preferable (Chinese or Japanese).
- Proficient in graphic design software, online advertising and social media tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize excellent presentation and communication skills to serve as the MC for events, effectively engaging audiences and promoting brand messaging.
- Able to travel upcountry from time to time.
