Job Description

As a Corporate M&A / PE Partner at this elite global law firm with a significant presence in Singapore and the rest of Asia, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex M&A and PE transactions from Singapore.

Candidates should have a sector focus, such as on the energy or projects sector. You will be expected to provide strategic advice to clients, negotiate and draft complex international transaction documents, and manage due diligence processes.

WHAT

1. Lead and manage complex M&A and/or PE transactions.
2. Provide strategic advice to clients on potential acquisitions, divestitures, and investments.
3. Negotiate and draft transaction documents.
4. Manage due diligence processes.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
6. Collaborate with other partners and associates within the firm to ensure a seamless service to clients.

YOU

1. Common law or US qualified lawyer with significant experience in corporate M&A and PE transactions across the SE Asia region.
2. Excellent negotiation and drafting skills.
   
3. Superb, enviable and loyal client following.
4. Strong business development skills and a proven track record of developing and maintaining client relationships.
5. Ability to work effectively as part of a global team.

AMAZING
