ABOUT THE ROLE

This role offers the chance to lead high-stakes M&A deals, from due diligence and deal structuring to negotiation and closing, while working alongside a top-tier global team. You will handle private M&A deals, private equity buyouts, venture investments, and strategic M&A transactions, with exposure to cutting-edge sectors across Asia and beyond. Beyond deal execution, you will contribute to the team's business development efforts, helping shape the firms growth in a competitive market.

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate is a Hong Kong-qualified lawyer with at least 8 years' PQE, specialising in corporate/M&A at a top-tier law firm, with a proven track record in complex, cross-border deals. Deep knowledge of Greater China regulations and international deal frameworks is essential, alongside fluency in written and spokenEnglish, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
