Job Description

Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, currently has an exciting full-time employment opportunity for a 4th - 6th year associate in the Corporate practice of our Houston, TX office. Job Requirements
Ideal candidates should have experience working with private equity funds, financial sponsors, and portfolio companies in connection with M&A transactions, capital raises, joint ventures and securities offerings. Candidates should have experience drafting and negotiating definitive transaction documents (including purchase agreements and governance documents) and attending to the day-to-day needs of portfolio companies.


Candidates should also possess a strong academic background and superior drafting and research skills, and should be diligent, detail-oriented, proactive, supportive, team-oriented, and personable. Candidates must be admitted to the Texas Bar and should be willing to participate in community and professional organizations as part of professional development.
