Job Description

HIRING POSITION: CORPORATE LEGAL (Specialist - Assistance Manager Level)

WORKING CONDITION: ON-SITE

LOCATION: PATHUM-THANI

Our client, founded in 2000, specializes in producing healthy fruit drinks with international standards for export to more than 40 countries worldwide, including Europe and Asia. They are also ranked among the top 3 in Asia, in the healthy beverage market in 2022. With a growth of 20% last year, they were able to generate a revenue of 2.3 billion baht.

In 2024, they aim to grow by 30% due to the introduction of new products that require expansion to foreign markets. Additionally, they aim to become the number one healthy beverage brand in Asia.

Responsibilities

  1. Provide legal advice and manage legal documents and agreements for the company.
  • Provide legal advice to various departments, including company establishment, license applications, employment, and tax rates.
  • Review and draft legal documents and contracts, such as joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements, and license agreements.
  • Apply the law to enforce contracts with accuracy and ensure compliance with legal requirements on time.

  • Ensure corporate governance and follow the registration and application for all licenses of the company.
    • Contact, negotiate and coordinate with the legal office and monitor the progress of work.

  • Provide legal advice and handle legal proceedings to resolve customer complaints.
    • Manage and handle complaints, file criminal complaints, and pursue civil cases on behalf of the company and its subsidiaries against violators and debtors.
    • Coordinate and facilitate communication, negotiation, and reconciliation regarding customer complaints, such as unsafe products, non-standard products, and counterfeit goods.
    • Investigate the facts and report legal opinions to the board and management team for their decision-making.
    • Verify the work of litigation lawyers hired by the company for accuracy and ensure compliance with legal requirements on time.

  • Have knowledge of advertising law skills.
  • Provide legal advice and enforce legal proceedings related to the Human Resources department.
  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent.
    • At least 8 years of work experience in the legal field.
    • Knowledge of business law, government agency regulations, commercial law, and contract drafting, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
    • Skills required in labor law, tax law, international law (especially in countries where our subsidiary companies operate), and management.
    • Proficiency in English
