Your Role:As Legal Counsel (m/f/d) to the global INNIO business, you'll be at the heart of our legal advisory, providing impactful and strategic legal input across the entire spectrum of commercial matters. Your expertise will be pivotal in supporting our global business, ensuring seamless corporate risk management and navigating complex business regulatory landscapes. You'll collaborate closely with all corporate functions as well as business partners across the globe, analyzing legal challenges, finding pragmatic solutions, including crafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts that propel our global development.Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver legal advice and robust support on commercial, corporate, and regulatory matters
  • Partner with corporate functions and global business partners to analyze dynamic legal situations and draft, review, and negotiate contracts in response
  • Foster a culture of compliance, including by conducting effective & impactful training sessions
  • Manage dispute resolution and litigation, instructing external lawyers and service partners with proficiency

Your Profile:

  • A Law degree (preferably from a German or Austrian University); bar admittance is a plus
  • Experience in domestic and international contract drafting and negotiation, with transactional experience as a bonus
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively on all business levels, utilizing your business law knowledge
  • Fluent in English; German proficiency and other language(s) are a plus
  • Legal authorization to work in Austria is required
