Our client, a Top Tier Law Firm, has an immediate opening for a Corporate Legal Assistant in their Miami office. This position will assist and support all aspects of a corporate practice. The successful candidate has 5+ years of Legal Administrative support experience and is bilingual (English and Spanish). Primary duties include general file maintenance, attorney time entry, scheduling, electronic expense requests, electronic file opening, conflict check requests, among other administrative duties. The ideal candidate must also have a keen eye for detail while working independently, be self-motivated, proactive and able to communicate well in written and oral form in a professional setting. Experience with Microsoft office is required, Excel and PowerPoint a plus.
