Job Title: Corporate Legal Affairs Coordinator
Location: Panama City, Panama (In-Person)

Salary Range: $1,500–$2,000 USD monthly + 10% monthly performance bonus

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Legal Affairs Coordinator with experience supporting legal operations, corporate documentation, and cross-border administrative processes to join our growing team. You will play a key role in coordinating legal affairs, managing corporate records, and supporting international stakeholders and external advisors. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency, compliance processes, and the smooth execution of multinational corporate activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, organize, and maintain legal and corporate documentation across multiple jurisdictions
- Coordinate with external law firms, corporate service providers, and international stakeholders on behalf of senior legal leadership
- Manage legal records, trackers, filing systems, and corporate documentation databases
- Support corporate governance, compliance, and administrative legal processes
- Track project deadlines, follow-ups, and document collection across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Assist with onboarding, due diligence, KYC, and compliance documentation procedures
- Prepare internal reports, summaries, presentations, and coordinate meetings and communications

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting legal, compliance, or corporate affairs teams
- Familiarity with corporate governance and compliance documentation processes
