We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically capable IAM Analyst II to join our Corporate Identity and Access team, embedded within one of our high-growth technology clients. This role owns application integration work, handles escalated access tickets, and serves as a point of coordination between application owners, vendors, and the broader identity team on complex integrations.
This position starts as part-time with a clear path to full-time as the engagement grows. It sits at the intersection of IT operations and identity engineering — a great fit for someone who thrives in both execution-focused and relationship-facing work.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and manage SaaS application integrations, including direct coordination with application owners and external vendors on complex configurations
Triage and resolve escalated access tickets from the IT Operations team, driving issues to resolution or escalating appropriately
Support user lifecycle workflows, including provisioning and deprovisioning across a broad SaaS portfolio
Maintain and improve documentation, runbooks, and process guides for integration and access workflows
Assist with audit evidence collection and access review activities to support compliance requirements
Partner with Security, IT, and People Operations teams to ensure access is governed consistently and at scale

2+ years of experience in IT operations, identity and access management, or a closely related field
Hands-on experience with Okta or a comparable IAM platform (Azure AD / Entra ID)
Experience with SaaS application integrations, including SCIM provisioning and SSO configurations
Comfortable engaging directly with application owners and external vendors to troubleshoot and complete integrations
Familiarity with IT service management and ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, or similar)
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow and continuously improve established processes
Ability to work independently in a remote capacity with minimal supervision
Nice to Have
Basic scripting or automation experience (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
Exposure to identity governance and access review processes
Experience supporting audit evidence collection in a SOC 2 or similar compliance environment
Salary Range
