CORPORATE HR MANAGER (HYBRID)

YOUR TASKS

• Lead
  Talent Management processes, including talent development, succession
  planning, and performance management.
• Extensive
  experience in corporate talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Basic
  knowledge of Compensation & Benefits practices.
• Strong
  background in Employee Experience programs and initiatives.
• Ability
  to make data-driven decisions using HR metrics and people analytics.
• Actively
  contributes to corporate HR projects with a practical, execution-focused,
  and results-driven approach.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Advanced
  English required (executive level).
• Strong
  stakeholder management and influencing skills, with excellent negotiation
  capabilities, high organizational awareness, and the ability to lead
  across functions and levels.
• Experience
  driving and supporting initiatives for corporate and strategic roles.
  Hands-on professional with the ability to directly execute and deliver
  projects from concept through implementation.
• Proven
  track record in multicultural organizations and complex corporate
  environments.
• Highly
  pragmatic, agile, and results-oriented professional.
