
Department Overview:
The Compliance team at RLB provide a quality service to a number of offices located in the UK and overseas covering approximately 650 staff. We ensure compliance in Quality, Environmental and Corporate Responsibility management as well as Corporate Health and Safety. We pride ourselves on the quality of our service to our internal clients and enjoy successful long term relationships.
We are a sector focused business actively operating and investing in commercial, residential, education, MOD, Ministry of Justice, sports, nuclear and retail clients and projects. You will be expected to have an understanding of construction related H&S matters including the CDM Regulations.
of Role:
We are seeking a high calibre professional Corporate Health and Safety Manager to review, develop and maintain existing health and safety policies and procedures, which comply with new and existing legislation to ensure that all relevant health and safety legal requirements are complied with throughout Rider Levett Bucknall.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team of internal professionals who pride themselves on providing outstanding corporate QSHE guidance and advice. Candidates with experience in quality management are encouraged to apply, as this is an area of growth in the team. There is the potential to mentor a graduate who will be available to assist with relevant H&S duties 1 day per week.

The successful candidate will work closely with the professional consultants and undertake regular audits of all services provided to external clients on construction projects.
The candidate must be flexible and willing to travel and stay away from home if required. They must also hold a full UK Driving Licence.
