Job Description

Play a vital role in supporting ChristianaCare's Board and governance processes as a key member of our Office of the President team.

We're looking for an exceptional Corporate Governance Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, high-visibility environment and loves bringing order, precision, and excellence to complex operations. In this unique role, you'll work closely with executive leaders and board members, helping ensure the smooth operation of the governance processes that drive one of the region's most respected health systems.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate board and committee meetings from start to finish.
  • Develop agendas, board books, minutes, and official governance records.
  • Manage board portals, governance systems, and critical documentation.
  • Support board recruitment, onboarding, and engagement activities.
  • Maintain board rosters, compliance records, and governance workflows.
  • Partner with senior leaders while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and flawless execution.

What You'll Bring

  • 3-5+ years of experience in governance, executive support, legal administration, board operations, or a related field.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong writing skills and experience preparing formal documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.
  • Experience with Diligent, Boardvantage, or similar governance platforms is a plus.

Annual Compensation Range $79,497.60 - $127,212.80This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
