Objective of job
-Support Corporate Office in safeguarding effective corporate governance, internal control and quality management across relevant China entities and functions.
-Plan, coordinate and execute administrative processes, audits, certifications, documentation and follow-up actions to ensure operational discipline and compliance.
-Provide strategic coordination and management support on cross-functional topics, including preparation of decision-relevant information, alignment with business units, functions and HQ, and follow-up of key initiatives.
-Co-develop and coordinate executive/VIP visiting programs, corporate-level meetings and events, ensuring professional preparation, stakeholder alignment and effective execution.
-Act as a liaison between Corporate Office, MBCC member offices, business units, common functions and HQ to facilitate information flow, issue resolution and strategic alignment.

-Coordinate internal control topics including Anti-Trust, Chop Guideline, Compliance, ICRA, CFA and related governance processes
-Maintain corporate information and profile, coordinate audit follow-up and ensure timely closure of relevant findings and action items
•Quality management and administrative process execution
-Plan and coordinate annual QM projects for relevant entities, including internal/external audits, certifications and findings follow-up
-Act as main contact with training and certifying agencies; coordinate auditor training, external certification and required IPS processes
-Maintain MBGC QM system and handbook, ensure documentation discipline and support operational compliance
•Strategic coordination and management support
-Support management with preparation of decision-relevant information, issue summaries, meeting materials and follow-up of key initiatives
-Coordinate cross-functional topics with business units, common functions, MBCC member offices and HQ to enable alignment and implementation
-Track open topics, consolidate inputs and facilitate timely issue resolution across stakeholders
•Executive/VIP visiting programs and corporate-level meetings/events
-Co-develop and coordinate VIP group visiting programs in China and Germany together with EAs, MBG corporate protocol and relevant departments
-Support preparation, organization and on-site execution of supervisory board, board member and senior stakeholder visits
-Provide content and coordination support for corporate-level meetings and events such as townhalls, ViD and TME
•Stakeholder liaison and information flow
-Act as liaison between Corporate Office, MBCC member offices, business units, common functions, JV offices and HQ
-Facilitate regular information exchange, stakeholder alignment and follow-up on cross-functional topics
-Support effective communication rhythm and timely escalation of relevant issues
Qualification
• Bachelor or master degree in business and economics or similar fields of study
• Solid experience in project management, good overview about MB business, excellent communication skills
• Good English language ability and powerpoint skill
