Job Description

Requirements:

Qualification BBA, MBA in accounting, finance, and related field.

Experience 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis & modeling, corporate finance, budgeting, and Controlling.

Responsibilities:

Monitoring KPIs: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for finance functions across all regions to ensure alignment with organizational goals. 

Trend Identification: Identify and analyze financial trends to generate macro-economic reports that provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Data Collaboration Collaborate with various departments to gather and consolidate financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Benchmarking Reports Generate benchmarking reports to compare financial performance against industry standards and best practices.

Presentation Support Provide direct support in preparing presentations, minutes, and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Administrative Tasks Manage administrative tasks such as maintaining the team leave calendar and handling ad-hoc requests.

Dashboard and AI Integration Assist in increasing the use of dashboards and AI within the finance teams to enhance data visualization and analytical capabilities.
