NETWORK Corporate Finance berät mittelständische Unternehmer, internationale Konzerne und Private Equity Investoren in allen Corporate Finance Bereichen (M&A, Kapitalmarktberatung und Debt Advisory).

Aufgaben

Traineeprogramm / Ihre Aufgaben

  • 12 monatiges Traineeprogramm in den Bereichen M&A (Düsseldorf), Debt Advisory (Frankfurt am Main) sowie ein Auslandsaufenthalt bei einer unserer internationalen Partnerfirmen
  • Einbindung in laufende M&A- und Debt Advisory Transaktionen Steuern von (Teil-) Projekten innerhalb eines Beratungsmandates

Qualifikation

Ihre QualifiKation

  • Bachelor- oder Master -Studium
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrung bei Investmentbanken, WP- oder Unternehmensberatungen als Praktikant/in oder Mitarbeiter/in
  • Eigenständiges, analytisches und konzeptionelles Arbeiten
  • Kenntnisse der Office Anwendungen
  • Deutschkenntnisse (Muttersprache) und Englisch (verhandlungssicher)

Network Corporate Finance is an independent advisor focusing on mergers & acquisitions (M&A), as well as equity and debt capital financing.

Core competencies lie in structuring and executing complex financing transactions (national and international) such as the sale of companies to strategic investors and financial sponsors or structured corporate debt transactions.
