Industry Finance

 Location Malta

 Basis Full time

 Remuneration Salary + Benefits

Main duties:

• Handle general trust/corporate administration and compliance, liaising with third parties and regulatory bodies for clients
• Support, mentor, and assist team members with managing client portfolios
• Review prepared client payments prior to approval
• Attend client Board Meetings and draft minutes and resolutions, including for Listed Entities
• Maintain client data and perform Risk Assessments, Transaction Monitoring, and File Reviews
• Prepare and present team operation reports to the Board of Directors
• Lead a Corporate Services team to boost client satisfaction by tracking deadlines, conducting appraisals, and providing training and feedback

What skills do you need?

• Minimum 7 years' experience in a similar role with a Maltese CSP
• Knowledge of the investment services industry is an asset
• A university degree or equivalent in a related field is an asset
• Sound working knowledge of Company Law and local AML legislation
• Thorough understanding of company secretarial roles, corporate governance, and compliance
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• A positive attitude with the ability to build strong relationships
