The Executive Recruiter is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment efforts for corporate and executive-level positions, with a primary focus on corporate roles. This role partners closely with senior leadership, hiring managers, and HR to identify, attract, and secure top talent while delivering a high-quality, efficient, and compliant recruitment process. The Executive Recruiter also plays a key role in shaping talent strategy, enhancing employer branding, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Specific Responsibilities
1. Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate and executive-level roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
2. Proactively identify and engage top talent through social media, networking events, job boards, referrals, and industry channels to build strong talent pipelines.
3. Partner with hiring managers to guide and align hiring strategies with organizational goals
4. Conduct intake sessions to define success profiles, competencies, and leadership expectations
5. Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies, including passive candidate engagement and executive networking
6. Manage the candidate experience with a high-touch, concierge-level approach from outreach through offer
7. Evaluate candidates using structured, competency-based interviews and leadership assessment tools
8. Lead offer negotiation process, ensuring alignment with internal compensation frameworks and external market data
9. Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and competitive benchmarking to hiring leaders that influence decision-making
10. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, policies, and hiring standards
11. Partner with external search firms when needed and hold them accountable to delivery standards
12. Track and report on key recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, and other key performing indicators
13. Perform other duties as required within the nature and level of work.
Job Qualification Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience , 5–8+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on corporate or executive-level search. Experience partnering directly with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with leadership assessment tools (e.g., Predictive Index or similar frameworks)
Experience building executive talent pipelines proactively
Must have expert communication and customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to influence in a fast-paced environment.
Must have ability to handle a high degree of confidential and sensitive information and the ability to work with all levels within the organization.
