This isn’t a typical events position.

You’ll sit within our Marketing team, ensuring that events are fully integrated into wider marketing activity, not just delivered well, but delivered with purpose.

You’ll take ownership of a varied events programme, helping to ensure everything we deliver is thoughtful, consistent, and aligned to our business objectives. Alongside delivery, you’ll have the opportunity to influence how events are designed, helping to shape more impactful, high-value experiences for our clients.

  • Naturally plans ahead and creates structure, someone who thrives on having everything in hand

  • Are proactive, responsive, and known for clear and consistent communication

  • Have strong project management and planning skills

  • Someone who builds strong relationships and manages stakeholders with confidence

  • You bring creativity and curiosity, thinking beyond the obvious and challenging where needed

  • Are resilient and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

  • Takes feedback positively and uses it to continuously improve

  • Takes real pride in their work and the outcomes they deliver

We’re particularly keen to meet individuals who bring a strong sense of ownership and accountability, and who can confidently keep stakeholders informed at all stages.

The Culture & Environment

Brabners is a high-performing and collaborative environment, where expectations are high and delivery matters.

You’ll be working with ambitious teams and supporting senior stakeholders, so the ability to stay organised, responsive and solutions-focused is key.

This isn’t a strict 9–5 role, events can include evenings and occasional weekends, and flexibility is essential.

Why This Role?

This is a fantastic opportunity to:

  • Play a key role in shaping how events support our wider business strategy

  • Deliver a broad and high-quality programme of events

  • Work on high-profile, client-focused activity
