Role
Jefferies is seeking an event coordinator to assist with the firm’s internal events, hosted client events, deal-related events, sponsorships, and event tickets. Hosted events include but are not limited to client meetings, lunches, dinners, cocktail receptions, speaker series, sporting events, multi-day outings and seminars. The coordinator would work with various business groups across Asia Pacific to successfully execute these events.
The APAC Lead Event Coordinator will be based in Hong Kong and will report into our Head of EMEA & APAC Events, based in London. They will handle corporate event needs for Equities, Fixed Income, Investment Banking, Corporate and Asset Management and will work in close collaboration with regional senior business managers, COOs and stakeholders globally. The wider events team is based across Jefferies London and New York offices.
