This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic ECM/M&A team, handling a mix of equity capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, and private equity transactions. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years PQE with demonstrable experience in corporate law, including capital markets, M&A, or listed company advisory work. Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential, alongside exceptional drafting skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
