• Leading corporate accounting functions, financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-support.
• Partnering closely with senior leadership to drive profitability through reporting, planning, forecasting, and analysis.
• Owning annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, and long-range financial planning aligned with business strategies.
• Performing in-depth financial statement analysis, including balance sheet, profit and loss, and cash flow.
• Providing clear weekly cash position, receivable aging, collections, and accounts payable reporting with meaningful commentary.
• Ensuring management fees, shared services, allocations, intercompany billing, and corporate rebills are accurate, timely, and aligned with contract terms.
• Reviewing agreements, including Technical Service Agreements, Development Agreements, Procurement Agreements, MSAs, and other management company contracts.
• Building and maintaining financial models that help senior leadership evaluate performance, priorities, and opportunities.
• Preparing board-level financial reporting, presentations, and variance analysis between budgeted and actual performance.
• Supporting capital expenditure decisions, lease evaluations, M&A analysis, acquisitions, refinancing, dispositions, and other strategic projects.

• You bring the financial acumen to analyze corporate financial statements, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• You understand hospitality management company economics, including fee structures, shared services costs, overhead allocation, and intercompany billing.
• You can connect management company performance to EBITDA, margin opportunities, cost drivers, and strategic business decisions.
• You are comfortable managing relationships with lenders, investors, banking partners, and other key financial stakeholders.
• You can support debt financing, covenant compliance, investor relations, and senior-level financial communication.
• You understand the importance of strong accounting processes, proper controls, audit readiness, tax filings, governance, and compliance.
• You can help refine FP&A tools, reporting cadence, financial systems, corporate processes, and the delightful spreadsheet machinery that keeps the business humming.
• You are able to lead, supervise, and develop the Corporate Accounting Manager and third-party accounting support.
• You communicate clearly and confidently with executive leadership, board-level audiences, finance partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• You bring both strategic perspective and operational discipline to a high-impact corporate finance leadership role.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
• MBA or CFA preferred.
• 8–10+ years of progressive finance experience preferred.
• Hospitality, REIT, or multi-unit management company background preferred.
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret corporate financial statements, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Deep understanding of GAAP and hospitality management company economics, including fee structures, shared services costs, and intercompany billing.
• Strong grasp of hotel and hospitality KPIs, including RevPAR, GOP, NOI, and the Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry, or USALI.
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills required.
• Experience with FP&A platforms and AI modeling preferred.
• Proven experience managing and growing talent.
• Excellent communication skills for board-level and executive-level presentations.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

• This is an in-office position based out of corporate office in Grapevine, TX.
• Ability to work in a professional corporate office environment.
• Ability to sit for extended periods while working on financial models, reporting, presentations, and systems.
• Ability to use a computer, phone, financial systems, Microsoft Office, Excel, FP&A tools, and reporting platforms for extended periods.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, reporting cycles, and strategic projects in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Ability to attend meetings, presentations, and leadership discussions as needed.
