The Corporate Development Manager will own end-to-end inorganic growth initiatives — from sourcing and evaluating opportunities to negotiating terms and assisting with post-close integration — to advance our strategic roadmap and value creation objectives. This role will be based in our NYC office and is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely 2 days a week, blending the best of both worlds for efficiency and collaboration. Ideal candidates should be local to the desired location (NYC).

The annual salary for this role ranges from: $160,000 to $200,000 USD + benefits + bonus. Actual compensation packages are determined by evaluating a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, years and depth of experience, education, certifications, cost of labor and internal equity.
