Job Description

Position Corporate Development intern Number of Position (s) 1 Duration 4 months Date September – December 2026 Location Sunnyvale, CA

Educational Recommendation:

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field from an accredited U.S. institution.

  • Support financial analysis and assist in building simple valuation models for M&A and strategic projects.
  • Collaborate with team members during various stages of the deal process, including research, document preparation, and information organization.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and industry data to inform decision-making.
  • Maintain and update project trackers, databases, and dashboards as directed.
  • Contribute to annual planning and investment reviews by gathering and organizing relevant information.
  • Participate in Employee Resource Group (ERG) initiatives and special projects that support diversity, inclusion, and neurodiversity within the organization.
  • Assist with cross-functional engagement activities that promote an inclusive and collaborative team culture.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and interest in financial modeling; willingness to learn and develop these skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Interest in valuation, M&A, and corporate finance.
