Azeus Systems Limited is looking for a Corporate Development Analyst to support strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), global partnerships, and corporate restructuring efforts. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership, assist in evaluating growth opportunities, and help execute projects to expand our business line globally.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist in driving strategic initiatives including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities related to our business.

• Support the identification and evaluation of potential acquisition targets and strategic partners.

• Help in managing and nurturing relationships with global partners.

• Provide support to the CEO/Chairman in executing strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring the effective execution of strategic projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years hands-on experience in investment, M&A or strategic initiatives

• Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation methodologies

• Experience working within a global context and in the IT and software industry would be an advantage

• An MBA from a reputable institution is an advantage
