Job Description

Corporate Credit IPLM Analyst – Sede Verona

He is tasked with assessing and evaluating the risk of companies/dealers by preparing credit analysis and loan proposals, as well as reviewing loan structures and assigning credit risk ratings. In particular his activities are concentrate on the Intensified Loan Portfolio and Problem Loan Portfolio. Moreover the analyst has in charge the activities regarding to the Problem loan Portofolio, rating 12, in collaboration with the Legal Department.

Roles and Duties – core business

Observing the guidelines of Corporate Credit business, according to the coordinator and Manager of the area, he/she ensures the execution of the following activities:

    • Ensure that complete set of documents required for analyzing the credit application are submitted;
    • Prepare loan application and submission to Local Branch Manager and/or Central Credit Assessment (Hq’s) for approval.
    • Assess income statement, on and off balance sheet
    • Perform ratio analysis and comparative corporate assessment
    • Prepare accurate cash flow analysis in order to evaluate debt service ability of the borrower;
    • Assess and evaluate Credit bureau in particular Centrale Rischi Interbancaria
    • Analyze collateral/guarantor in order to set the required % of unsecured for the lender;
    • Identify some of the early warning signs of financial statements ;
    • Perform internal credit rating;
    • In case of long term funding request, assess the key drivers of business planning
    • Monitor credit Approval documentation, reports and financial performance
    • Quarterly monitoring of the customer in rating IL and PL
    • Mange all aspects, front and back activities, regarding to the customer with rating 10 and 11
    • Manage customer in rating 12 in collaboration with the Legal Department
