Job Description

Our client, one of the world's leading digital asset companies, is seeking a Corporate Counsel with a strong expertise in M&A, to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of crypto and Web3 innovation with a global leader.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and advise on M&A transactions, investments, and joint ventures.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions, including crypto-related regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives.
  • Manage external counsel and mentor junior legal staff.

Requirements

  • Qualified lawyer with 5-8 years PQE in corporate law, preferably within a large corporation or law firm
  • Strong expertise in M&A, investment, and joint venture transactions.
  • Good knowledge of crypto and Web3 technologies is an advantage
  • Proven knowledge of corporate governance, securities law, contracts, and compliance.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must
