ID Logistics is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel, Commercial Contracts to join our growing U.S. legal team, reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer. This mid-level, in-house role is ideal for an attorney with 5+ years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys partnering closely with the business. The Corporate Counsel will play a key role in supporting a rapidly expanding global third‑party logistics company by drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a wide range of commercial agreements. Primary contract types include master warehousing agreements, statements of work, amendments, real estate leases, estoppels, NDAs, and vendor agreements. In addition, this role may support employment‑related matters and litigation oversight in partnership with internal colleagues and outside counsel, on an as needed basis.
Location: Remote within the state of North Carolina, New Jersey, Georgia, or Pennsylvania is strongly preferred. We are hiring for 1 role.
Work Schedule: M-F 8AM-5PM with flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as needed based on business needs.
Travel Specifics: 15%
Competitive Compensation: $135,000 - $145,000 per year based on individual experience plus a yearly performance-based bonus, along with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company matching, generous PTO, sick time, and company holidays.
