• Establishing a new Shared Services Center in Dallas, transitioning Finance operations from New York

THE ROLE

• Corporate Controller based in Dallas, TX
• Reports directly to the US CFO
• Highly visible leadership role during a pivotal transformation and growth phase
• Key role in building future finance infrastructure and supporting national expansion
• This is a builder role — not a maintenance position

KEY HIGHLIGHTS

• Direct exposure to the US CFO and executive leadership team
• Build and structure a high-performing accounting organization from the ground up
• Lead a multi-entity accounting function within a complex, high-growth environment
• Significant involvement in acquisition integration and finance transformation initiatives
• High level of ownership, visibility, and influence across the business

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the full accounting function and manage a growing team
• Drive month-end close optimization and improve reporting timelines
• Oversee consolidations and multi-entity accounting operations
• Standardize processes across newly acquired entities
• Support the design and implementation of a scalable Shared Services model
• Partner cross-functionally with operational and business leaders across the organization

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership within complex or multi-entity organizations
• Strong hands-on controllership capabilities — comfortable staying close to the details
• Deep understanding of project-based / percentage-of-completion revenue recognition (engineering, consulting, professional services, construction-adjacent industries)
• Experience in high-growth, acquisitive, or PE-backed environments preferred
• CPA strongly preferred
