We are seeking an accomplished financial executive to join our leadership team as Corporate Controller and help shape the future of this critical service.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Corporate Controller is a key senior leader responsible for strengthening financial stewardship across the organization while ensuring the delivery of high-quality financial services that support sound decision-making, operational excellence, and multi-stakeholder accountability.
As Corporate Controller, you will bring an enterprise-wide perspective to financial leadership. Partnering closely with executive leadership and operational teams, you will provide strategic insight, identify opportunities, mitigate risk, and help drive organizational performance. Your ability to understand operational realities and translate them into clear financial guidance will be critical to your success.
You will also lead the organization's financial reporting, accounting policy, and internal control environment, ensuring the highest standards of integrity, compliance, and governance.

Additional information:
The target salary range: $203,500 - $254,400 per annum. The starting salary is determined based on the successful candidate’s knowledge, experience and internal equity.

From our early beginnings with just two vessels operating on a single route, today we have grown to be one of the largest and most complex ferry systems in the world, with 37 vessels supporting 25 routes along 1,600 kilometres of coastline. From April 1, 2023, to March 31, 2024, our team of nearly 5,400 staff worked together to transport more people, vehicles, and goods than ever before. 22.6M passengers and 9.6M vehicles traveled with us on over 185K sailings — averaging more than 500 sailings per day.
