What You Will Do
- Oversee the financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic decision-making.
- Implement and maintain financial controls using Quickbooks to optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams via Slack to streamline financial processes.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the finance and accounting functions.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 5–10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably within the tech or robotics sectors.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks and experience with financial reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
Preferred
