Industry: Energy Business
Salary: 40,000 - 55,000 THB/month
Location: Bangkok (near BTS/MRT)
Working hours: Monday-Friday (8:00-17:00 hrs.)
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the Table of Authority: Regularly updating and meticulously maintaining the TOA to reflect current business structures and legal requirements.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Acting as the primary point of contact for Chapter Owners to ensure the TOA is aligned with their operational needs and responsibilities.
- Change Management: Gathering, analyzing, and validating proposed changes to the TOA from various departments. This involves assessing the impact and ensuring that all changes are suitable, aligned, and compliant with legal standards, rules, regulations, and internal policies.
- Regulatory Alignment: Ensuring the TOA remains compliant with the latest legal standards, rules, and regulations.
- Benchmarking & Research: Conducting research and benchmarking to provide data-driven recommendations that support and justify proposed changes to the TOA.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of proven experience in a corporate compliance role, specifically with a focus on a Table of Authority (TOA) or similar governance documents.
- Strong skills in process mapping and analysis to understand and optimize workflow related to the TOA.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a continuous improvement attitude.
- Fluent in both spoken and written Thai and English. (Minimum 700 TOEIC score).
