The role supports the Corporate Compliance function in managing shareholder and bondholder administration, corporate actions, and regulatory compliance. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with capital market regulations and internal policies.
Share & Bond Administration: Assist in recording and maintaining shareholder and bondholder data. Prepare periodic reports related to share and bond ownership for internal use and regulatory submissions. Support the processing of dividend payments, bond interest, and other securities-related transactions.
Corporate Actions: Support the preparation of documentation for General Meetings of Shareholders (GMS), Board of Commissioners meetings, and other corporate actions (e.g., stock split, rights issue, share buyback, bond conversion). Assist in coordinating with internal departments and external parties for the execution of corporate actions. Maintain and archive legal and administrative documents in compliance with applicable regulations
Compliance & Regulatory Reporting: Assist in preparing and submitting reports to the Financial Services Authority (OJK), Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), and other relevant regulators. Ensure that share, bond, and corporate action processes comply with capital market regulations and internal policies. Monitor reporting deadlines and support the preparation for audits or regulatory reviews.
Support & Coordination: Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Investor Relations, and Notaries. Support the Corporate Secretary in communications with shareholders, investors, and regulators. Prepare meeting minutes, activity summaries, and other related documentation.
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Management.
