Join our dynamic team as a Corporate Communications Specialist at Case Management Consulting!

*This role requires an active TS/SCI clearance (with the ability to obtain a CI poly).

Term: July 2026

We are hiring for an experienced Corporate Communications professional to support high-visibility initiatives within the NGA International Affairs (IA) environment. This role focuses on delivering visual facilitation, strategic communications, and innovation-driven engagement to enhance collaboration, improve decision-making, and support senior leadership across NGA and the broader GEOINT enterprise.

Your Impactful Duties:

• Plan and deliver meetings using graphic facilitation techniques to improve alignment, consensus, and content retention
• Observe, synthesize, and translate complex discussions into visually compelling outputs (e.g., sketches, diagrams, visual notes)
• Design and facilitate innovation-focused workshops leveraging human-centered practices to strengthen product value
• Develop visual materials to illustrate systems, processes, and complex concepts, including:
  • Storyboards
  • Roadmaps
  • OV-1s
  • Action sketches
  • Enable participatory decision-making by fostering shared understanding across stakeholders
  • Ensure consistent themes and talking points for NGA and IA Senior Leadership engagements across NGA, the IC, and the Global GEOINT Enterprise
  • Support IA planning events (e.g., IA Vertical Cuts, IA Leadership Offsites) by compiling summary notes, action items, and key outputs
  • Support high-visibility engagements with senior executives, Flag Officers, and VIP stakeholders

Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain a CI Polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 15+ years of relevant experience in corporate communications, facilitation, or strategic engagement
• At least 12 months of demonstrated experience facilitating strategic planning efforts and developing high-level, actionable plans
• At least 12 months of demonstrated experience developing visual storytelling products (e.g., storyboards, sketches, diagrams) to communicate complex systems
• At least 12 months of demonstrated experience supporting or delivering engagements for senior executives, Flag Officers, or VIP stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing strategic communications plans that drive adoption and minimize resistance
• Strong ability to synthesize complex information and communicate it effectively in real time

Desired:

• Demonstrated experience applying human-centered design (HCD) practices to develop visual communication products
• Experience supporting real-time communications needs in fast-paced, high-visibility environments
• Familiarity with NGA, IC, or DoD communication and engagement environments
