The Job/What You’ll Do:

The Corporate Communications Sr. Analyst will report to the Senior PR & Executive Communications Manager —a key member of the Corporate and Advisor Communications team in the Marketing Department —and support the execution of AssetMark's executive LinkedIn thought leadership program, broader corporate social amplification efforts, and select corporate communication tasks.

This role will coordinate content development, approvals, publishing, measurement, and project workflows for executive and corporate social media related to PR and media activities. This role will support awards and other corporate communications initiatives, and will coordinate with the Social Media Manager for full social strategy alignment.

The Corporate Communications Sr. Analyst will work closely with senior leaders, Executive Committee members, the Communications team, Marketing, Sales, Compliance, and other cross-functional partners to help ensure AssetMark's executives and priorities are represented consistently, accurately, and compellingly across LinkedIn and other external channels. Responsibilities will flex with the Communication team's needs, in line with business objectives.

This is a full-time position in our Charlotte, NC office with a hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities:

LinkedIn Communications:

• Develop LinkedIn content for a variety of executives and the corporate channel, using interviews, existing materials, and research
• Develop content for the corporate page to amplify media and PR efforts to establish and reinforce AssetMark values, brand positioning, and organizational priorities
• Provide administrative and project support related to executive LinkedIn and executive corporate amplification, including facilitating compliance reviews, coordinating approvals and deadlines, and managing projects in Wrike
• Schedule corporate and executive social media content in Sprout Social, ensuring posts are accurate, approved, timely, and aligned with publishing plans
• Oversee the day-to-day execution of the Executive LinkedIn Thought Leadership Program in collaboration with the Communications team.
• Work collaboratively with the Senior PR & Executive Communications Manager to extend the influence of LinkedIn across the firm, including creating a sustainable model for supporting the Sales team in becoming more active on LinkedIn
• With direction from the Senior PR & Executive Communications Manager, collaborate with senior executive leaders and internal stakeholders to develop and execute communications campaigns related to product and technology launches, thought leadership, events, and other priority initiatives. Promote these efforts in compelling and creative ways
• Manage measurement of the Executive LinkedIn Thought Leadership Program, track relevant activity and engagement, and maintain a consistent reporting cadence for the Communications team and leadership

Corporate Communications:

• Quarterly All-Team Business Meeting support: deck creation with guidance of the Executive Team and running the meeting with the support of IT
• Support awards submissions by coordinating timelines, gathering information, developing and editing content, facilitating reviews, and preparing award nominations and entries
• Interface with executives and represent the comms team as needed
• Support the development of byline articles, press releases, and website copy as opportunities arise
• Experience in these areas is helpful, but a willingness to learn is equally valued
• Additional corporate communications work may include social media copy to support other Communications-led campaigns, reviewing social copy from other marketing or firm team members, and other Communications Team projects as needed
• Be a point of contact for the Sr. PR & Executive Communications Manager when needed

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create concise, engaging content in distinct executive voices
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, approvals, and stakeholders with close attention to detail
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media best practices; experience with Sprout Social, Wrike, or similar platforms is preferred
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to work effectively with senior leaders, Sales, Marketing, Compliance, and cross-functional partners
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling executive communications, internal information, and content subject to compliance review
• Ability to use engagement data and reporting tools to track performance, identify trends, and communicate key takeaways.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Collaborative, curious, resourceful, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality work
• Client-focused, innovation-minded, and able to adapt to changing priorities and executive needs

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, public relations, or an equivalent field required
• 4+ years of experience in communications, social media, marketing, public relations, executive communications, or a related field required.
• Experience developing social media content and coordinating publishing calendars; experience supporting executive or thought leadership programs is preferred.
• Experience working in the financial services industry is preferred.
• Experience supporting award submissions, byline articles, press releases, or website copy is helpful, as is a demonstrated willingness to learn these areas.

Compensation: The Base Salary range for this position is between $95,000-$110,000.

This information reflects a base salary range that AssetMark reasonably expects to pay for the position based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and actual work location. This position will also be eligible for additional variable incentive compensation and competitive benefits.
